Peter Cipparulo III, Esq.

Graduated magna cum laude and Phi Betta Kappa from Rutgers College in 1987, Mr. Cipparulo also graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1990. He completed one year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Stephen F. Smith, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division, New Jersey Superior Court, Morris County, New Jersey in 1991. Mr. Cipparulo is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 2006.

Representative cases include Agostino v. Quest Diagnostics, et al., 256 F.R.D. 437 (D.N.J. 2009). Mr. Cipparulo has also received a favorable ruling in a case of first impression which permitted a debt collector to advise a consumer that it may contest a disputed amount with an insurance carrier. That decision was cited in Wright & Miller: Federal Prac. & Proc. (2010). Mr. Cipparulo has been General Counsel to the Hillsborough Municipal Utilities Authority since 2008.
