Mr. Cooper attended the University of Michigan where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Communications in 1996. He next achieved a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University in 2000. Mr. Cooper clerked for the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C. 

Memberships:   New Jersey Bar Association, Community Associations Institute, Mercer County Bar Association. 

Practice Areas:   Community Association law, business, wills and estates, family law, as well as representation in all New Jersey and Federal courts in commercial, construction, and general litigation matters.
