Anne M. Buckley-Johnson, Esq.

Anne M. Buckley-Johnson is an Associate on our litigation team. Ms. Buckley-Johnson’s experience includes complex commercial litigation. She clerked for the Honorable Michael Patrick King, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She has appeared before judges in the state courts of NJ and NY, as well as judges and magistrates in the United States District Courts for the District of NJ, the Eastern District of NY and the Southern District of NY.

Ms. Buckley-Johnson graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, in 1998. She placed second overall in the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition in 1997. She also won the second best brief award in the same competition. She was selected as a member of the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Board the following year. She appeared on the Dean’s List and was named a Dean’s Scholar in the spring of 1998 for earning a 4.0 GPA.

She became a State Certified Mediator during law school and mediated scores of small claims cases for the Camden Community Dispute Resolution Program. For her dedication as a mediator and her service at the Camden County Domestic Violence Program, Ms. Buckley-Johnson was one of a select few from the law school to receive a Pro Bono Award in May, 1998.

Graduating with High Honors, Ms. Buckley-Johnson obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1994. She also earned membership to the Beta Gama Sigma Management Honor Society.

Ms. Buckley-Johnson is admitted to practice in NJ, NY, and the United States District Court of NJ, the Eastern District of NY and the Southern District of NY.
