Susan J. Radom, Esq. Ms. Radom was born in Belleville, New Jersey. Her undergraduate education was taken at Rutgers University, where she graduated in 1980 (B.A. with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa). She also attended law school at Rutgers, where she received her J.D. in 1988. Memberships: New Jersey and American Bar Associations; New Jersey and National Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) since 1992, Member of the New Jersey Chapter Board of Trustees, 1995 through 2001, serving as Treasurer and Vice President; Member of the Legislative Action Committee (CAI), Chair, Education subcommittee for Legislative Committee, 1995; Chair FRT Task Force (CAI), 1994; Member of the Editorial Committee, Member of the Education Committee; Member New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA); New Jersey State Bar Association Common Interest Ownership Committee. Practice Areas: Business and Corporate Law, Community Association Law, Construction Litigation, Commercial Transactions, Personal Injury, Real Property Law, Collections, Officer and Director Liability, Employer-Employee Disputes, Landlord/Tenant, Administrative Claims, Mediation.
