Most community associations are non-profit corporations which have Boards
of Directors comprised of volunteer members of the community. The role
of the association's counsel is to represent and promote the best interest
of that corporation by advising the Board on all legal matters. But, the
best advice is not helpful if you can't get it when you need it. We're
available. We'll represent the association's interests in all controversies,
in any forum. For associations in transition, the association's counsel collects, organizes and presents all of the information of the association's experts-management, engineering, and accounting, to the developer and advocates to ensure that the association and its members have received or will receive that to which they are entitled. Our ongoing involvement in community association organizations and participation in educational programs provides our clients with the advantage of having the most accurate and up-to-date knowledge and expertise available. Because we are informed, we keep you informed on the most recent state and national legislative enactments, legal developments and industry trends crucial to community associations. This information should not be considered legal advice and is not intended as a substitute for consultation with an attorney |
