Daniel is an associate attorney with Radom & Wetter. He represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including community association cases, construction defect litigation, collections, and general corporate matters related to non-profits. Daniel also has experience representing parties in Family Court, Drug Court and Municipal matters.
Mr. O’Brien obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. While attending Rutgers, he interned for the Municipal Prosecutor in Princeton and Lawrenceville Townships. Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York, Mr. O’Brien is a member of the ABA Division of Young Lawyers. He earned his B.A. in history from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a minor in Film Studies.
