Lawrence J. Nagy, Esq.

Lawrence Nagy

Over the course of his thirty years practicing law, Larry Nagy has advised individuals and companies on a range of business matters, including choice of entity, contracts, and the acquisition, formation, operation and sale of business enterprises. He has represented clients in bank loan transactions, in the negotiation of commercial leases and business agreements, and the purchase and sale of commercial real estate. His experience provides him with insight into the goals of buyers, sellers, lenders and regulators. Larry’s clients have expressed their appreciation of his diligence and, like the other lawyers in the firm, his goal is to provide clients with logically sound analysis of the issues, and to draft clear and understandable agreements that protect their interests.

Larry also represents clients in the area of estate planning, including the creation of wills and trusts. These efforts are tailored to meet the goals of individual clients, including reduction of estate taxes, avoidance of probate administration, and structured administration and distributions of assets to minor children and beneficiaries with special needs. Larry has advised fiduciaries regarding the process of administering trusts and probate estates, including spouses and adult children who administer assets as fiduciaries for family members.

Larry is an Adjunct Professor at Raritan Valley Community College, where for more than twenty years he has taught courses in Business Law in the Business and Public Service Department and Real Estate Transactions in the Paralegal Studies program.
