Mark Wetter has practiced real estate law, family law, and land use law for over 25 years in addition to representing community associations. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, corporations, non-profits, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Mark advises condominium and homeowner associations on effective management of properties, and handles all aspects of transition. He interprets governing documents, drafts contracts and offers practical advice that always keeps the best interests of the community in mind. He appears before land use boards to secure zoning, subdivision and site plan approvals.
Mark also represents parties in Family Court, Drug Court and Municipal Court matters. Assisting his clients through what is often the most difficult times of their lives, Mark represents individuals accused of possessing controlled dangerous substances or driving while intoxicated and also in divorce, custody, adoptions, support or guardianship applications.
