Susan RadomSusan J. Radom primarily represents owners, associations and users of real property throughout New Jersey. Susan’s clients appreciate her role as a counselor of law. She uses her extensive legal expertise, common sense and direct style to efficiently resolve her client’s legal problems. Susan meticulously, but pragmatically, analyzes the various issues typically faced by both small and large groups of owners and users of community associations. Susan’s community association services also include the handling of all aspects of transition, contract formation and negotiation as well as the collection of past due debt owed by unit owners.
